Laying it OUT.. It’s soooooo important for my shoots. Whether it’s because I actually enjoy being obsessively organized or I have learned that being super organized can work wonders for photo shoots, I love to lay things out. Nice and organized and as tidy as possible. And if it were up to me, the whole shoot would stay in this clear, organized state but, as the ball starts to roll and momentum gets the best of the team, let’s call it, “organized chaos” begins to set in. As chaotic as things sometimes get, that structured beginning keeps the shoot intact and creativity able to flow.
